How to cancel automatic subsciption

On plans with monthly fees (as Flat plans), the subscription contract is renewed automatically on the first of the month (Japan time). If you wish to cancel, the cancellation procedure must be completed before the end of the month or the subscription will be automatically renewed and an invoice issued.

Canceling an automatic subscription will not affect your account. The procedure is outlined on MyPage.

Note: Canceling a Flat plan

Flat plans have a minimum three month contract period. If you cancel, you will still be invoiced for three months. Note however that the first month of a Flat plan is free, so the invoice amount is for two months only.
